US Remit to Options
Credit Card and ACH Payments
This website is designed for established Acuity Brands Lighting customers wishing to make a payment via credit card or ACH process. The customer’s six-digit account number (also referred to as the seller reference number) is needed to complete the transaction. To maintain the accuracy of our accounting records, a quick account registration is required. Additionally, please make sure the Acuity invoice numbers are fully detailed in the appropriate fields.
For customer’s making a prepayment to have a held order released, please make sure the Acuity assigned order number is properly identified so that the order can be released for processing. Any additional detail or backup documents can also be attached within the portal.
A convenience fee to offset the costs involved in accepting credit cards is added to all credit card payments. The exact amount is clearly noted and requires the customer’s acceptance before the payment will be processed. *ACH payments are processed with no convenience fees added to the transaction.
