  • What is CLAIRITY™+?

    The CLAIRITY+ mobile app is a single app launcher that provides a variety of connected lighting applications for contractors, sales agents or facility maintenance professionals. Within this app are mobile applications from various brands, including nLight (wired and wireless) and SensorSwitch JOT.

  • Where can I get the free CLAIRITY+ mobile app?

    The CLAIRITY+ Mobile app is available for Apple® iOS and Google® Android™ devices on their respective app stores.

  • What does the CLAIRITY+ mobile app do?

    1. There are three portals within the CLAIRITY+ mobile app to choose from, including nLight Wired, nLight AIR, and SensorSwitch® JOT (Just One Touch):

      1. The nLight Wired portal of the CLAIRITY+ app provides easy configuration and modification of nLight wired devices in an nLight zone through the nIO BT, which allows for wireless connectivity via Bluetooth® technology.
      2. The nLight AIR portal of the CLAIRITY+ provides easy startup, configuration, and modification of nLight® AIR wireless controls.
      3. SensorSwitch JOT provides wireless pairing of fixtures and controls through Just One Touch of a button, allowing for lightning speed installation right out of the box without running 0-10V dimming wires.From the wall switch, there are several programmable settings available without using a mobile application. The CLAIRITY+ mobile app is only needed for advanced programming features and settings.

  • How does the JOT enabled system differ from the nLight platform?

    The JOT enabled wireless system is designed for single room applications including conference rooms, private offices, closets and classrooms. Unlike the nLight platform, the JOT enabled system cannot be scaled to cover an entire building or campus. However, both systems can coexist within the same space.

  • If the pairing process for SensorSwitch JOT does not require a mobile app, why is a mobile app included in the solution?

    The SensorSwitch JOT enabled wireless system is established with common occupancy-based predefined default settings. The CLAIRITY™ + mobile app is only needed for advance settings (e.g. behavior zones, daylight harvesting and Microphonics™).
